Delivery

When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA: 3-​4 business days  
International: 5-15 business days 

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● If applicable, check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been delivered.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package was lost in transit (not delivered), please upload carrier confirmation of the lost status in our returns center at https://wpbemporium.returnscenter.com.

If you made a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

How do I track my order? 
You’ll receive a tracking link via e-mail when your order ships.

Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is temporary. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Exchanges & Returns

Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. We must receive notification of defective product within 7 days of the order being delivered. We will also issue a full refund if an order was lost in transit (not delivered), with carrier confirmation. If any of  these apply, please use our returns center at https://wpbemporium.returnscenter.com

May I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do offer exchanges due to wrong size or color for store credit. Exchanges must be shipped within 7 days of the order being delivered. If applicable, please use our returns center at https://wpbemporium.returnscenter.com. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return undesired product. Once received, we will verify the order is in good, clean, condition and issue a store credit to your account.

When will I receive my refund?
Refund deposits are dependent upon your banking institution. Typically, they are received within 7 - 10 business days.

Are contributions (donations) refundable?
Choosing to support William and all his projects is truly appreciated. All contributions, through any official channel, are non-refundable.

Can gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen?
Gift cards are not replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash.

May I return gift cards?
All gift card sales are final.

May I return gifts?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift items.

May I return sale items?
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

May I return e-books?
All e-book sales are final.

May I return stationery?
All stationery sales are final.

May I return items categorized as curio or for entertainment purposes?
We do not accept exchanges or returns for these items.
