Delivery
When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
USA: 3-4 business days
International: 5-15 business days
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.
The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
If applicable, check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise.
If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been delivered.
If the shipping address provided was correct and the package was lost in transit (not delivered), please use our Returns Center to upload the carrier's confirmation of the lost status for review. This confirmation can typically be obtained by contacting the shipping carrier directly.
If you made a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via e-mail when your order ships.
Product disclaimers:
You may notice a temporary odor or slight discoloration on your garments upon delivery. This is due to the printing process and will dissipate after the first wash. Rest assured, our apparel is crafted with water-based, eco-friendly inks and the latest garment printing technology. If you receive a product with a mark, please wash it before reporting an issue.
Exchanges & Returns
Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. Notification of a defective product must be submitted within 7 days of the order being delivered. We will also issue a full refund if an order was lost in transit (not delivered), with carrier confirmation. If any of these apply, please use our Returns Center to submit your request.
May I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do offer exchanges for incorrect size or color in the form of store credit. Exchanges must be shipped within 7 days of the order being delivered. If applicable, please use our Returns Center to initiate the process. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the undesired product. Once received, we will verify that the item is in good, clean condition and issue store credit to your account in the form of an e-gift card. This credit can be used toward any future purchase.
Refunds and Contributions
When will I receive my refund?
Refund deposits are dependent upon your banking institution. Typically, they are received within 7 - 10 business days.
Are contributions (donations) refundable?
While contributions are non-refundable, we deeply appreciate your generous support in helping William’s creative journey flourish.
Gift Cards and Store Credit
Can gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen?
Gift cards are not replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are treated like cash, so please store them securely.
May I return gift cards?
All gift card sales are final.
How will I receive my store credit?
Store credit is issued as an e-gift card, sent to the email address provided during the return process. The gift card can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
Can I combine store credit with other promotions or discounts?
Yes, your e-gift card can be combined with promotions or discounts at checkout unless otherwise specified.
Will I need to use the full amount of the e-gift card in one purchase?
No, any remaining balance will stay on your e-gift card and can be used for future purchases until the full credit is redeemed.
Digital and Specialty Items
May I return e-books?
Due to the nature of these items and their potential for duplication, all e-book sales are final.

Gifts and Special Circumstances
May I return gifts?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift items. If the original purchaser initiates a return for a gift item due to damage or defect, please have them contact us through our Returns Center.
