BINI

A couple of months ago, I was recommended to do a reaction video to PPop group, Bini. PPop also written as Filipino pop, Philippine pop, or Pilipino Pop describes pop music from the Philippines. Many people may often confuse or categorize PPop with Kpop which describes music from Korea. Whether listening to PPop or Kpop, there is one common factor amongst their listeners: love and admiration for the genre, groups, and their music.

I have an eclectic music collection and have found joy in listening to various genres, ranging from country to heavy metal. Bini absolutely completed that eclecticism and their music organically integrated into my life. An eight person group, Aiah, Colet, Gwen, Jhoanna, Maloi, Mikha, Sheena, and Stacey are Bini’s members. They are talented dancers, singers, and radiate an enchanting quality that has firmly placed them in the hearts of their supporters which are called, Blooms. I have enjoyed listening to their music and learning more about them.

My enthusiasm as lead to several reaction videos. I am eternally grateful to ABS-CBN (formally known as Alto Broadcasting System and Chronicle Broadcasting System) for allowing usage of their music on YouTube. They have a major presence in the Philippines and were incredibly friendly and responsive when I contacted them with an enquiry. ABS-CBN makes it incredibly easy to speak highly about them as well as the friendly atmosphere experienced with those interactions.

If looking for more music to add to your collection, please consider, Bini. I began listening to, Cherry on Top, and have created a playlist on my YouTube channel with my reactions (if reaction videos are of interest). Above, I have also included a reaction to my favorite video, Strings. It is hopeful you all can also enjoy the excitement and positive vibes I’ve experienced when listening to their music.
